The wave of the first Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 flagships is coming to an end, followed by a series of sub-flagship releases
smartphones.The first among them will be the Redmi K60 series devices, which will be released tomorrow, and will soon be joined by OnePlus Ace 2 and Realme GT Neo 5. According to the informant Digital Chat Station, the formula for all of them is simple: Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip, plastic frames, an inexpensive under-screen finger scanner based on a short-focus camera and triple cameras, including 8-megapixel wide and 2-megapixel covers. The only difference is in the main module, which in the case of Ace 2 and GT Neo 5 is represented by a 50-megapixel Sony IMX890 sensor, while the Redmi K60 Pro boasts a 54-megapixel IMX800. The insider also touched on the design of OnePlus Ace 2, which will supposedly resemble OnePlus 11, seen today in live photos.
