The Nio Generation 3.0 swap station can store up to 21 batteries and perform 408 recharges per day.

To date, Nio operates 1,285 stations in China and nine in Europe. By the end of 2023, Nio plans to have 1,700 stations in China and 120 in Europe.
Nio also introduced an ultra-fast chargera 500 kW device called Power Charger 3.0 on Nio day. It has a maximum charging current of 660V and can charge EVs based on 800V architecture from 10% to 80% in 12 minutes. None of Nio's vehicles support the 800V architecture. However, the company previously confirmed that Nio plans to start producing an 800V battery pack in the second half of 2024.
On December 24, Nio officially unveiled two modelsof its new lineup, the EC7 coupe SUV, and an upgraded version of its 2018 first production electric vehicle, the ES8, based on the new NT2.0 platform. Nio also launched the Generation 3.0 Swap Station. EC6 starts at $68,800 and ES8 NT2 starts at $75,600.
