Nokia 2.3: 6.2-inch display, dual camera, MediaTek Helio A22 chip, 4000 mAh battery and a price tag of 110 euros

The company HDM Global held an event yesterday, which showed the budget of Nokia 2.3.

What is known

The novelty has become the successor to the Nokia 2.2 and received a plastic case with a metal frame. The device was also equipped with a 6.2-inch widescreen HD + display with a drop-shaped cutout for a 5 megapixel camera, a 12-12-nanometer MediaTek Helio A22 processor, 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB of ROM. The novelty is powered by a 4000 mAh battery, which, according to the company, is enough for two days of work. Unfortunately, the smartphone is charging from the microUSB port. There is no NFC module for Google Pay contactless payments in the device.

On the back of the smartphone is dual13MP + 2MP main camera. It supports HDR, night and portrait modes. The device also has a separate slot for two SIM and microSD, a headphone jack, as well as the Face Unlock function instead of a fingerprint scanner.

Nokia 2.3 is still running on Android 9 Pie, but soon the device will receive Android 10.

Price and when to wait

Smartphone sales will begin in December with a price tag of 110 euros. Three body colors will be available: Cyan Green, Sand and Charcoal. The novelty will compete with Redmi 8A.

Recall that yesterday the company Flipkart announced in India the first smart TV under the Nokia brand.
