Nokia C1 Plus: ultra-budget smartphone on Android Go with removable battery and 4G support for 69 euros

HMD Global today showed on the global market the Nokia C1 Plus, an ultra-budget smartphone running

simplified Android OS.

What is known

The gadget received a plastic case in twocolors, a 5.45-inch display with HD+ resolution and a quad-core processor. The model of the chip is not disclosed, it is only known that it operates at a maximum frequency of 1.4 GHz.

Nokia C1 Plus comes with 1GB RAM and16 GB drive, which can be expanded with a memory card. The smartphone also received a removable 2500 mAh battery, a headphone jack, a slot for two SIMs, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n), Bluetooth 4.2, FM radio and two cameras: a 5 MP main one and the same frontal. By the way, both have an LED flash.

There were rumors that the device would come with the latest Android 11 Go Edition operating system, but unfortunately, this is not the case. It receives last year's Android 10 Go Edition OS.

Price and when to wait

HMD Global has already opened pre-orders for the new product in Europe. A smartphone costs 69 euros.
