Not advertised, but it works: the wonders of Pixel Watch wireless charging

This week, sales of the Pixel Watch started - Google's first smartwatch, which received many useful features and

opportunities. However, among them there is no wireless charging option, which has become commonplace for Apple or Samsung solutions. This did not stop the first buyers from experimenting, which were unexpectedly successful. Yes, yes, the Google Pixel Watch, the description of which does not mention wireless charging anywhere, is quite capable of charging from some Qi docking stations and even smartphones with reverse wireless charging.

On the Reddit forum, a Google product expertstated that the Pixel Watch can charge wirelessly under certain conditions. He wrote that while wireless charging is not officially supported on the Pixel Watch, there may be some charging configurations that will successfully charge the watch wirelessly. These are very specific combinations of devices and chargers, with which a stable and correct charging process is not guaranteed - in some cases this can lead to a discharge of the device during charging. Apparently, Google failed to correctly implement the watch's compatibility with most wireless charging technologies, which is why they simply decided not to advertise this feature.
