After the debut trailer for the horror remake of Silent Hill 2 from Bloober Team was shown, many gamers wondered what

was shown: materials on the game engine or was it a specially created CGI video.

The representative of the Polish studio, Tomasz Gawlikowski, clarified the matter and said that the trailer was created on the game engine - Unreal Engine 5.

According to him, the entire remake of Silent Hill 2 will look exactly the same as on the trailer footage.

There is no exact release date for Silent Hill 2 yet, the developers limit themselves to the laconic “in 2023”, but it is known that the game will be released on PC and PlayStation 5.
