Yandex Market reported that large household appliances can now be unpacked and inspected upon delivery.
Couriers will be trained in advance how to openfactory packaging of goods. Unpacking upon receipt is available for large appliances from 18 categories: dishwashers, ovens, hoods, refrigerators, air conditioners, hobs, cookers, TVs, washing machines, etc.
If the customer sees that there is something wrong with the product,he will be able to issue a refund on the spot. The market will return the money to his bank card immediately after the goods arrive at the service warehouse. As a rule, this takes up to 10 days.
So far, the unpacking service is operating in Moscow. This will be available in other regions in the future.
