The GSM Association, which organizes the exhibition, has decided to take a break this year and cancel MWC 2020.
Let us remind you that the exhibition was supposed to take place from February 24 to February 27 in Barcelona.
The reason for this is the Chinese coronavirus, due to which many companies refused to take part in the mass event.
“Global concerns regarding the coronavirus outbreak, travel issues and other circumstances make this impossible,” said GSMA CEO John Hoffman.
By the way, MWC was canceled for the first time in 33 years of its existence.
Most likely, manufacturers will now hold separate presentations of new smartphones.
