Google Translate has billions of downloads in the Play Store

Google Translate came into existence in 2006, although it wasn't that way back then

In 2010, the first translator app for Android was released.Today, an important milestone happened in the history of the service — the number of Google Translate downloads exceeded a billion.

All of these downloads were made by users, not device manufacturers, as the Google Translate app is not part of the mandatory GMS (Google Mobile Services) core applications package.

Currently Google Translate for Androidsupports 109 languages, can translate texts offline, use the camera to instantly translate text in pictures, has a dark mode, etc. Google Translate, in general, is one of the most downloaded applications in the world.
