As is tradition for NVIDIA, two new graphicsThe processor is slightly better than similar models from last year. The RTX 3080 Ti has 12GB of GDDR6X memory - up from 10GB in the vanilla 3080 - and uses 10,240 CUDA (processor) cores. The previous model had 8,704 cores.
NVIDIA notes that the RTX 3080 Ti is 1.5 times faster than the 3080 in games and twice as fast in 3D graphics programs like Blender.
The company is also improving the software.The new GPUs are ready to run an artificial intelligence-based rendering system called Deep Learning Super Sampling (DLSS). According to the press release, AI improves frame rates during critical moments in games. It is noted that the new feature will appear inDoom Eternal, Red Dead Redemption 2, Rainbow Six SiegeAndLego Builder's Journey.
GeForce RTX 3080 Ti will go on sale starting June 3, starting at $1,199 US.
