OnePlus introduced affordable OnePlus TVs with 32″, 43″ and 55″ screens and a price tag from $170

Following Xiaomi, another Chinese manufacturer, OnePlus, presented its TVs today. Company

has announced affordable U and Y series TVs in India.

OnePlus TV U1

This is a 55-inch TV with 4K support(3840x2160p), HDR10+, HDR, HLG and Dolby Vision. The screen occupies 95% of the panel and has a DCI-P3 color gamut of 93%, and the thickness of the body is only 6.9 mm (at its thinnest points).

Quad-core processor installed insideMediaTek and Gamma Color Magic chip for enhanced image quality. They also promise MEMC support, four-channel speakers with 30 W output power, Dolby Atmos, Dolby Audio and DTS-HD.

Connectivity options are Bluetooth 5.0, dual-band Wi-Fi, Ethernet port, three HDMI, two USB and AV input. In addition, there is a built-in Chromecast for displaying images from your smartphone, and OnePlus Connect, which allows you to simultaneously connect up to five devices via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi and use your smartphone as a remote control. But the remote control itself is included, with special buttons for Prime Video, Netflix and calling Google Assistant.

The TV runs Android TV 9.

OnePlus TV Y

This is a 32-inch model with HD resolution and olderversion with a 43-inch diagonal and Full HD resolution. Both feature a 93% DCI-P3 color gamut, feature dual full-range speakers with 20W output, support Dolby Audio, the OnePlus Connect app, and are compatible with Chromecast and DLNA.

They will also get the latest version of Android TV (9) out of the box.

Prices

The 32-inch OnePlus TV Y costs about $170, and the 43-inch model costs $307. The 55-inch OnePlus TV U1 is priced at $670.
