OnePlus developers have rolled out a new software update for last year's OnePlus 8, OnePlus 8T and OnePlus 8 Pro smartphones.

For OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro, the system was released withbuild number is OxygenOS 11.0.9.9. In the case of OnePlus 8T, this is OxygenOS 11.0.11.11. As for the list of changes, it is the same for all devices. The devices received the Files by Google application, which now, it seems, will be used instead of the proprietary file manager. In addition, the developers added the October security patch to the firmware, which closes some vulnerabilities. We also worked on bugs in the system and improved its stability.

When to expect
Smartphone owners have already started receiving the update. If you still don’t have OTA, then the firmware can be downloaded through the Oxygen Updater application and installed manually.
