OnePlus Ace 2 Genshin Impact Dirty Secret: Downgrade Upgrade

Speaking of downgrades, the recently released OnePlus Ace 2 Genshin Impact is presented as a particularly valuable limited edition for real fans, for whom the company has even created a special memory configuration: 18/512 GB versus 16/512 GB in the regular OnePlus Ace 2.And it would seem that everything is great, but in this memory upgrade there is a quiet downgrade, which the company for some reason decided not to mention in loud teasers about 18 GB of RAM.

The fact is that instead of the memory of the latest standardLPDDR5X, which is used in the serial Ace 2, received the Genshin Impact limited edition for the older and slower LPDDR5. Given the difference in speeds, the extra couple of GB limited will at best make up for the drop in bandwidth, and at worst it will lag behind the 16 GB of faster memory in the regular OnePlus Ace 2. Such is the catch from OnePlus.
