OnePlus, as promised, has released the first test build of OxygenOS with Android 11 on board for the OnePlus Nord smartphone.
What is known
The update was released with the number OxygenOS Open Beta 1.It weighs about 3 GB. The firmware received all the main innovations of this version of the “green robot”, as well as the proprietary OxygenOS 11 shell with many changes. For example, the developers have updated the interface, which is now optimized for one-handed use. By the way, it is similar to One UI on Samsung smartphones.

When to expect
The firmware has already begun to be distributed over the air to all participants in the OxygenOS beta testing program. If you don't have the update yet, you can download it through the Oxygen Updater app.
