OPPO unveiled the A16 smartphone last month and has now quietly announced it
What changed?
In essence, this is not a new model, but a small upgrade of the OPPO A16. The main difference of the new product is the presence of an NFC module for contactless payment for purchases.

The rest of the characteristics are the same:You will get a MediaTek Helio G35 processor, a 6.52-inch display with HD+ resolution and a capacious 5000 mAh battery. The smartphone runs ColorOS 11.1 based on Android 11.
The front camera here is 8-megapixel, and the main one includes a 13-megapixel main sensor and two additional 2-megapixel sensors for macro photography and monochrome shots.

There's also a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a USB-C port.

Price
OPPO A16s is already available in the Netherlands in Pearl Blue and Crystal Black colors. For the version with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of ROM they are asking €149.
