The new 15C40a build focuses on fixing bugs and further improving various features: Wi-Fi, graphics, networks, USB, Calendar, Notes, Photos and Spotlight.

You can upgrade from the previous beta of OS X 10.11.2 to this on the Updates tab in the Mac App Store. You can also download the update through the Developer Center or on the Apple website after registering for the testing program.

Along with this, iOS 9.2 beta 3 and tvOS 9.1 beta 2 were also released for public testing.
