Owners of Huawei smartphones without Google services will not be able to track to fight against coronavirus

Earlier, Apple and Google announced that they were creating a system for monitoring the contacts of smartphone users with people

infected with COVID-19.Apparently, it will work through the companies' official software. Today the media reported that owners of Huawei smartphones without Google services will not be able to be tracked to combat coronavirus.

According to TechRadar, Huawei has confirmedthat Google's contact tracing system will only work with smartphones that came with Google services. These do not include the latest Huawei models, since in May last year, due to the US ban, the company lost the opportunity to use licensed Google software.

In general, to check whether tracking will work on your smartphone, it is enough to answer a simple question: is there a Play Store on the device or not.
