Author – regular customer of Ozon and usesthis platform for many years. However, just recently he unexpectedly received the wrong product that he ordered. Moreover, he ordered a Gigabyte GeForce RTX 3060 12 GB video card worth 75 thousand rubles.
After receiving the parcel from the courier, he discovered that instead of a graphics accelerator, the box contained a ZHM-150 mixer. At the same time, it is interesting that the address and all personal data were indicated on the parcel correctly.

In technical support, the author was answered only after an hourinstead of 15 minutes. The support employee assured that she sent all the information directly to the seller, including a photo of the received product, and that it was necessary to wait for a response within two days. After reviewing the seller's profile, the user began to suspect that such a “spoofing” could be a fraudulent scheme. The outcome of the development of the situation is still unclear: the author is awaiting a response from the seller.
