Payday 3 will be released before 2023 and will be Starbreeze's salvation from bankruptcy

Since 2018, the Swedes from Starbreeze have been going through difficult financial times, but by 2020 the company plans to recover

from your knees. In a new financial report, Starbreeze boasted that the company's coffers will be replenished thanks to the new agreements.

At the beginning of 2020, the company plans to receivefunding from a partner who will help publish (drumroll) Payday 3. The Starbreeze game itself wants to be released between 2022 and 2023. The company’s coffers will also be replenished by a contract for the publication of the mobile shooter Payday: Crime War, which has now been released in some countries in trial run mode.

In addition, Starbreeze reported that the assetsand personnel associated with the core business were transferred to two new companies: New Starbreeze Publishing AB and New Starbreeze Studios AB. The intellectual property is now managed by New Starbreeze Publishing AB, where the group's cash flows will now be generated.
