You can communicate with the ChatGPT chatbot using a special application called Petey. It was originally called watchGPT, but due to trademark issues, the developers had to rename it.
The application adds a special widget forwatch face, which provides quick access to ChatGPT. You can ask the AI questions via text messages or voice commands. This makes it a convenient alternative to the voice assistant Siri, which in most cases provides answers to queries in the form of web results sent to your iPhone.

The Petey app is not free - it costs a subscription$4.99 per month. The app requires watchOS 9, so it should work on Apple Watch Series 4 and newer models. It currently supports 14 different languages, and more will be added over time.
