The information was shared by an insider under the nicknameQbitLeaks. According to him, the RTX 4060 Ti consumes up to 270-280 watts, scoring 8600 points in 3DMark Time Extreme. The RTX 4060 without the Ti scores around 6,000 on the same test at 230 to 240 watts.

QbitLeaks also mentions that the RTX 4060 Tioverclocks to ~2600MHz and the RTX 4060 goes over 2700MHz. The GeForce RTX 4060 Ti is supposedly equipped with an AD104-180-A1 GPU and 6144 CUDA cores. This model will have 10GB of GDDR6 memory at 17.5Gbps. NVIDIA RTX 4060 will get a different GPU: AD106-300 and a much smaller number of cores, 8 GB of memory, a 128-bit bus and a memory speed of 17 Gb / s.

The RTX 4060 series is expected to launch next January.
