What is known
The video was published by Reutersarticle "Ukraine under pressure in east as NATO chief says Russia must not win" that Ukraine is under pressure, and NATO should not let Russia win. The frames themselves have nothing to do with the text and, perhaps for this reason, were left without much attention.
The video demonstrates the fire work of the UkrainianHurricane multiple launch rocket system, probably based on the ZIL-135 vehicle (pictured below). Nearby are two newest MLRS “Bureviy” on the Czech Tatra 815-7 chassis with an 8×8 wheel arrangement.

Firework of multiple rocket launchers"Bureviy" was not shown to us on the video. Therefore, it remains to be content with only photographs. As you can see, in the pictures, the Ukrainian MLRS also did not stand idle. The video and photo also demonstrate the process of loading the jet system.
