Today is the last day of the Snapdragon Tech Summit 2019 conference, and Qualcomm has prepared a couple of new products for closing.

So the platformSnapdragon 8centry-level came to replace Snapdragon850 and is positioned as a solution for machine learning tasks and enterprise use. The processor received eight Kryo 490 cores with a frequency of up to 2.45 GHz, a Qualcomm Adreno 675 graphics processor and a Snapdragon X24 LTE modem, and manufacturers will also be able to connect an external Snapdragon X55 5G modem.

The manufacturer claims that the Snapdragon 8c is 30% more productive than the Snapdragon 850 and is designed for laptops with a price tag from $500 to $699.
Snapdragon 7caimed at entry-level laptops.It is made using an 8nm process technology. The platform includes an eight-core processor with Kryo 468 cores and an Adreno 618 graphics adapter, as well as a Hexagon 692 DSP coprocessor.
The built-in Snapdragon X15 LTE modem providesThe maximum connection speed is up to 800 Mbps, but 5G support is not available here. The manufacturer says that Snapdragon 7c is 25% more productive than competitors and provides twice the battery life compared to competing platforms in the budget laptop segment.

Laptops with Snapdragon 8c and Snapdragon 7c processors should be released in the first quarter of 2020.
