Razer will update its gaming laptop with the Blade 15 Advanced. The new version is equipped with advanced hardware and more
What a beast
Blade 15 Advanced features a 15.6-inch mattedisplay with 16:9 aspect ratio, 1080p resolution and 240 Hz refresh rate. The hardware basis was a combination of a six-core Intel Core i7-9750H processor, an Nvidia RTX 2070 Max-Q video card and 16 GB of RAM (DDR4 2667 MHz). The SSD has a capacity of 512 GB NVMe, but the memory can be expanded up to 2 TB. The laptop body has all the necessary ports: one Thunderbolt 3, one USB-C 3.2, two USB Type-A 3.2, HDMI 2.0B and Mini DisplayPort. The battery life has not yet been disclosed; it is known that the battery capacity is 80 Wh.
As you can see, there are innovations in the new Blade 15Advanced a little, almost all of the above characteristics were previously included in the top-end configuration of the previous model. The highlight of the new product is a special mechanical keyboard, it has become more convenient, and the key travel has also increased by about 50%. At the same time, the press recognition time remains quite short, and the keys themselves are additionally equipped with optical switches.
Several configurations of the Blade 15 Advanced will be available for sale in 2020. You can now buy one of these in the US for $2,649.
