Razer gaming brand unveils Seiren Emote, the world's first professional-grade streamer microphone

with display for emoticons.

What it is

Simply put, the display during the stream displays various emoticons that convey the reaction of the audience: alerts, chat messages, subscriptions, donations, and more.

Out of the box users will have access to more100 static and animated emoticons. You can also create your own eight-bit images using the Razer Streamer Companion App. There is also an emoticon editor, an image library where you can save your own designs, and tools for managing events on the stream.

Emoticons themselves are displayed on the LED display with a resolution of 8 × 8.

What's with the sound

The manufacturer did not forget about the quality sound. The frequency response of the microphone 100 Hz - 20 000 Hz, the maximum sound pressure - 110 dB. The company promises a “supercardioid diagram that captures all the shades of the voice, while eliminating unwanted noise”, as well as a built-in shock mount to protect against unwanted noise.

The microphone comes with a removable tripod.


The recommended price of the Razer Seiren Emote is 189.99 euros. Sales will start in the fourth quarter of this year.
