Razer has released the Razer Junglecat gamepad, turning your smartphone into a Nintendo Switch

Razer introduced a gamepad in the style of Nintendo Switch controllers, which is suitable for both smartphones and

personal computers.

The Razer Junglecat consists of two parts and is attachedon the sides of the smartphone, turning the phone into something like a Nintendo Switch on Android. In addition, the halves can be connected like the same Joy-Con, creating a more classic gamepad for playing on a computer. This time Razer has upset iOS users, and Junglecat only works with Android and Windows, connecting via Bluetooth.

Control elements are standard - cross,two sticks and action buttons a la Xbox. According to Razer, the gamepad has a lifespan of up to 100 hours thanks to Bluetooth Low Energy technology, which works on devices running Android 7.0, as well as Windows 8.1 and above. In addition, Junglecat works in tandem with a companion application, in which you can customize the controls for the game and adjust the sensitivity of the sticks.

Judging by the promotional materials, it would seem thatIn handheld mode, Junglecat only works with the Razer Phone, but that's not the case. The gamepad is compatible with all Android devices, and the manufacturer includes three cases in the box. Depending on the region, the user will receive cases for Razer Phone 2, Samsung Galaxy Note 9 and Samsung Galaxy S10+ (USA) or Razer Phone 2, Huawei P30 Pro and Samsung Galaxy S10+ (rest of the world).
