Realme has introduced a new budget smartphone in the C-series.

What is known

The model was called realme C55. gadget

got 6.72-inch LCD display with FHD+ resolution, 90Hz refresh rate and 8MP punch-hole front camera. By the way, this is the first Android smartphone that has an analogue of Dynamic Island, like the iPhone 14 Pro. The function was called Mini Capsule. It displays some notifications, number of steps, battery charge and more.

realme C55 runseight-core MediaTek Helio G88 processor paired with 6/8 GB of RAM and storage up to 256 GB. As for the main camera, it is new and double. The main sensor has a resolution of 64 MP. It is complemented by a 2 MP depth sensor. The smartphone also has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, an NFC module for contactless payments, and a 5,000 mAh battery with 33 W charging. The gadget charges to 100% in 63 minutes.

The new product comes with the Android 13 operating system and the proprietary Realme UI 4.0 interface.

Price and when to wait

realme C55 has made its debut in Indonesia so far. Sales of the smartphone will start on March 8. The new product will cost from $162. The gadget will be presented in other countries a little later.
