Red Magic 6S Pro, 7 and 7S Pro soon in Russia (or Kazakhstan)

Not long ago, sales of Red Magic 6R began in Russia - a “budget” gaming phone, devoid of most Red Magic features,

for example, a built-in cooler.However, it is very likely that older Red Magic models will come to us after it. Notifications for three of them appeared in the EEC database - last fall’s flagship Red Magic 6S Pro, the spring 2022 base model Red Magic 7, and the recently announced flagship with a sub-screen front camera Red Magic 7S Pro. Other Red Magic models from last year and this year - 6, 6 Pro, 7 Pro, 7S - are not listed in the registry; They are either not going to be introduced to our market at all, or they will do so later.

However, with 6S Pro / 7 / 7S Pro “not everything is soclearly." The fact is that for some reason the manufacturer issued two notifications for the Red Magic 6R: one to the Russian authority and one to the Kazakh one. But for 6S Pro, 7 and 7S Pro there are only Kazakh notifications. They are also valid on the territory of Russia, so it is possible that ZTE is simply trying to dodge secondary sanctions by minimizing documentary ties with Russia. However, there is also a possibility that the new Red Magic will indeed be sold only in Kazakhstan, and they will not reach Russia, because in the past ZTE used Russian notifications for release in Russia.
