The new product will be the first device from the manufacturerwhich will be equipped with a 5G modem. It will support standalone (SA) and non-standalone (NSA) network architectures. So far, only the Huawei Balong 5000 modem, built into the Kirin 990 chip, can do this, but the smartphone will obviously not receive it. Presumably, this will be a Qualcomm Snapdragon 700 series processor, which should be announced at the end of the year.

In addition to the new chip, the Redmi K30 smartphone will also be equipped with a double sub-screen selfie camera, like the Galaxy S10 +. She will even be located in the same place. Other details about the new product have not yet been disclosed.
