Redmi Note 12 5G on Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 debuted in Europe, having risen in price by 100%

Together with Redmi Note 12 4G, a 5G version debuted in Europe. Compared to the Chinese version, the price

has doubled.

What is known

The European Redmi Note 12 5G is almost the samefrom the Chinese version. The novelty is equipped with Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 chip, 6.67” 120Hz AMOLED display, 5000mAh battery with 33W charging, NFC, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and Mini-Jack. The resolution of the main camera is 48 MP + 8 MP + 2 MP, and the front camera is 13 MP.

The first difference is the lackadvanced memory modifications. The European version received 4 GB of RAM and a 128 GB drive. There are no 6/128 GB, 8/128 GB, and 8/256 GB options. Right out of the box, the smartphone runs on MIUI 14, but based on the Android 13 operating system.

Price and when to wait

Redmi Note 12 5G in Europe is available in three colors: Onyx Gray, Forest Green and Ice Blue. The cost is €300. For comparison, in China, the 4/128 GB modification is priced at €150.
