Research: salary after transition to IT increases by 46%

Researchers studied the career trajectories of 500 people who completed bootcamp training. 

According to

respondents, they decided to start training because they wanted to change jobs (79%), learn to program (54%), increase their salary and improve their career (52%), and move to another country (22%).

After graduation, 51% of graduates find work in a new specialty in one month or less, 83% receive a job offer in two months, and 98% - within a year.

After graduating from the bootcamp, there is an increase insalaries. On average, the difference in earnings before training and at the time of the survey was 46%. No significant differences were found in the earnings of women and men, graduates of technical and humanities universities.

The most popular age for changing a profession was 26-30 (39% of graduates). People aged 31-35 accounted for 23%, and another 14% were people 36-40 and older

In addition to standard business metrics, weanalyzed quality indicators associated with achieving learning goals. To do this, we used a specially developed questionnaire that helps evaluate EdTech educational programs through the personal success of graduates. How fully they were able to realize their life goals related to a specific training program.
