Resident Evil Village will add advanced subtitle settings

In the fall, Resident Evil Village will receive the Winters’ Expansion and Gold Edition including DLC. Today Capcom

announced that along with paid content, the horror game will receive a free update with accessibility settings.

The update will allow you to change the following settings:

  • The size and color of subtitles, as well as the display of the background below them.
  • Display the speaker's name in scene mode.
  • Display subtitles with descriptions of sounds.
  • Permanent sight.

Let us remind you that Winters’ Expansion and Gold Editionwill start on October 28. The add-on includes a third-person view for the main story, a campaign for Ethan Winters' daughter, and a pack for the Mercenaries mode with fresh locations and rake characters, including Lady Dimitrescu.
