Rumor: OPPO plans to revive N-series smartphones

There is a rumor online that OPPO is going to bring back its premium N line of smartphones to the market.

Chinese insider Digital Chat Station was the first to report this on Twitter. Then, a tipster from the social network Weibo under the handle @Machine Arsen shared some details.

According to the leak, the revived linedevices will compete with low-cost flagship smartphones. Such devices will cost around 4,000 yuan (about 620 US dollars). That is, the N-series will be located between the Reno and Find X lines.

Let's remember that the first N-series smartphone was OPPO N1.which came out in 2013. It had a rotating camera, which acted as the main and front camera. It was also the first device on the market that came with the CyanogenMod system pre-installed on board. In 2014, its successor OPPO N3 was released. After it, the manufacturer closed the line.
