Russia has developed a method to limit surveillance of foreign spy satellites

The Russian space corporation Roscosmos has found a unique method that will make

it is possible to limit surveillance by foreign spy satellites to maintain confidential activities carried out within the country.

”During periods of time when the protected areafalls into the viewing area of the onboard equipment of an observation spacecraft, it is necessary to ensure that the receiving onboard equipment of those relay spacecraft that are in the direct radio visibility zone of this observation spacecraft is blocked,” states the article published on the website of the Russian Space Systems company.

It implies the development of large quantitiesterrestrial electronic stations, thanks to which the signal would be limited when transmitting information to relay satellites. According to the author, this technique can be effective only in cases where spy satellites are located in the invisible zone for the ground stations of their countries, without the ability to transmit images directly.
