With regard to Google on the 422nd section of TaganskyThe court of Moscow received a protocol on the non-deletion of information prohibited by law: on the methods and methods for the development and use of narcotic drugs, calls for extremism, pornographic images of minors. The fine can range from 3 to 8 million rubles.
With regard to the social network TikTok, the protocol was drawn up inin connection with the refusal to delete information if the obligation to delete such information is provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation. The amount of the fine can range from 800 thousand to 4 million rubles.
