Expert Alexey Nadyozhin compared the capacity andload capacity of AA and AAA batteries of the Russian brand. In addition to Energy Lithium, he bought two to four units of Auchan Lithium, Energizer Ultimate Lithium, GP Lithium, Varta Ultra Lithium, Photon X and FLARX. The last two of those mentioned are alkaline. Testing was conducted in September 2021.

The best results in all tests showedEnergizer Ultimate Lithium batteries. At the same time, although the price of Varta Ultra Lithium and GP Lithium is higher, they give less energy. As for the "Energy Lithium" model, they are 12 percent worse than the winner (type AA) and 21 percent (type AAA). But their advantage can be called the price: they are slightly cheaper than the Energizer Ultimate Lithium. In general, in terms of capacity, domestic batteries "Energy Lithium" AA are approximately equal to GP and Varta, but the AAA version lags a little behind them.
