Firms that manufacture custom chipsRussian companies are already refusing not only the execution of contracts, but also the supply of finished products. This is reported by the Russian media, referring to the head of the Ministry of Digital Development Maksut Shadayev.

At the end of winter, Baikal Electronics, along withwith joint-stock companies MCST and SPC Elvis were added to the US export control sanctions list. Because of this, foreign companies stopped producing processors for orders from Russia, and after a while they completely refused to send finished products.
