Russian engineers have developed a smart system for preventing breakdowns in industrial equipment.

Based on them, the algorithm is able to predict the time of breakdown in advance, as well as reduce the cost of repair work, service intervals and prevent accidents.

The system is being tested at the production facilities of the TATNEFT company. She had already predicted a heat exchanger leak weeks before the defect appeared. 

The program is developed on the basis of open software components without expensive elements and can be integrated into existing dispatching systems and repair services.
