Russian engineers have developed a smart system for preventing breakdowns in industrial equipment.

The system collects and analyzes three types of data on the work of production equipment: current,

historical and repair informationworks Based on them, the algorithm is able to predict the time of breakdown in advance, as well as reduce the cost of repairs, service intervals, and prevent accidents.

The system is being tested at the production enterprises of Tatneft. She had already predicted a heat exchanger leak several weeks before the appearance of a defect.

The program is developed on the basis of open software components without expensive elements and can be integrated into existing dispatching systems and repair services.
