Lyubshin is being tried for comments on the news about an explosion in the reception area of ​​the Arkhangelsk FSB department. The defendant wrote on VKontakte that the man who carried out the explosion was “a hero and a man of the day, of the week.”

Lyubshin previously said that in October 2019, he was detained by masked people, beaten and taken to the forest. There he was kicked and an electric shocker.
