Russian IT specialists were given a deferment from mobilization

The Ministry of Digital Development reported that it supports the decision of the Ministry of Defense on deferments from mobilization for employees

The right to deferment can be obtained by specialists who have the appropriate higher education and work full time.

These are the employees:

• accredited IT companies involved indevelopment, development, implementation, maintenance and operation of IT solutions (software, software and hardware systems) or involved in ensuring the functioning of the information infrastructure;
• telecom operators involved in providingstability, safety and integrity of the functioning of individual communication facilities, communication facilities and communication lines of the public communication network, as well as data processing centers;
• registered media, radio broadcasters, TV broadcasters included in the list of backbone, involved in the production and distribution of information products.
