A few months ago, the Russian military satellite Kosmos-2555 burned down.
What is known
On October 16, Russia sent a satellite into orbit"Cosmos-2560". It was supposed to be used for reconnaissance, but something went wrong. December 10, i.e. less than two months after launch, Cosmos-2560 deorbited and burned up in the atmosphere over Guam. This was reported by Jonathan McDowell of the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics in Cambridge.

Kosmos-2560 is not the first satellite of Russianmilitary, which burned out ahead of schedule. On April 29 this year, the Russians launched the Kosmos-2555 spacecraft. He could not hold out in orbit for even a month. On the morning of May 18, the satellite entered the Earth's atmosphere and burned up.
