Russian robot helps tourists find their way at Istanbul Airport

A robot consultant developed by a Perm company began working at the Istanbul International

Sabiha Gokcen Airport. He will advise passengers, help them find their way and call a taxi.

It is reported that the device can speak fivepopular languages: Russian, English, Turkish, Arabic and Spanish. He will be able to tell lost passengers where the boarding gate is located, how to find the right service in the terminal and what to do in case of the most common problems.

To avoid collision with passengers inconditions of high passenger traffic, the robot is equipped with special sensors. With their help, the robot can easily move around the entire airport, avoiding collisions.

The developer company notes that, asAs a rule, passengers at the airport ask identical questions, the robot can free the staff from routine answers. At the same time, he helps to avoid the human factor: he will not be rude, will not mix up anything and will not forget.
