Russian startups offered mentorship and development of anti-crisis business models

Representatives of  IMPACTIVE said that they will unite partners who are involved in the development

 impact infrastructure in Russia.The partners will be the business incubator of the Higher School of Economics: it will attract and accelerate impact projects. Another partner is the venture capital company VENTURE CREW, which will be looking for investments.

Experts and like-minded people will join the development of impact projects, including:

  • I'MPACT is a consulting service in the field of sustainable marketing.
  • Investment Networking Club is a partner in the development of the impact community.
  • ME Mozhayskaya Executive - search and evaluation of managers, career counseling.
  • Lurye, Chumakov & Partners  is a legal boutique in the field of investments.

The main direction of the program is mentoring andsupport for all impact startups: their representatives will be introduced to the tools for building an anti-crisis strategic business model, as well as provided with individual support, consultations with business experts and given the opportunity to attract investments for business development.

Criteria for selecting startups:

  • Pronounced impact component.
  • First sales experience and search for first or repeat investments.
  • Having a team of three or more people.
  • Availability of free time, approximately five hours or more per week, to communicate with mentors and experts.

It is noted that in RussiaImpact entrepreneurship is one of the main trends in 2021. And in the world this direction has been an important part of economic development for several years now. According to the analytical center Dealroom.co, all impact projects in the world as of 2021 were worth about 1.6 trillion euros - this is 25% more than in 2020. There are 146 impact unicorn companies, 52 of which became unicorns in 2021.

The accelerator aims to become the “infrastructure core” of impact business in Russia, where investors and entrepreneurs can get all the support they need to achieve their impact goals.
