Vasily told his story on vc.ru.In April 2017, a man decided to buy a laptop. He chose the Lenovo ThinkPad Ultrabook X1 Carbon model worth 82,245 rubles. He also paid 256 rubles for the delivery of goods from Moscow to Perm. The manufacturer has established a warranty period of three years.

In February 2018, the laptop stopped turning on.Vasily handed it over to the service center under warranty. The laptop was repaired in 32 days. However, a month later the problem repeated itself. The man decided to return the money for the goods. He sent his claim to LLC LENOVO (EASTERN EUROPE / ASIA). The company had 10 days to respond to the claim, pay the minimum amount for it and resolve the issue. However, the man did not receive an answer, so he decided to go to court.

Taking into account all losses, penalties, moral damage and fines, the amount came to more than 800 thousand rubles. The court ruled in favor of the plaintiff. The man got his money pretty quickly.
