Russian tourists in space will be able to connect to Wi-Fi

First Deputy General Designer of the Energia Rocket and Space Corporation Vladimir Solovyov

stated that Russian tourists in spacewill be able to connect to Wi-Fi. This will be possible thanks to the installation of a special module for four people on the new Russian Orbital Service Station (ROSS).

In total, ROSS will consist of fourmodules, each of which is created for an individual type of task, RIA Novosti reports. Thus, the first four modules will be: a base module, a target production module, a material support module and a platform module for tasks such as assembly, launch, reception and maintenance of spacecraft.

The fifth module stands alone, in which boththe future four tourists will be accommodated. Two large windows will be installed in it, which will allow you to see all the beauties of space, as well as a Wi-Fi access point.

Recall that the new Russian station in its configuration will be similar to the Russian station Mir, which was drowned in 2001.
