The rectangular block on the rear panel houses a 64 MP telephoto module (f/2.0) with 3x optical zoom and optical stabilization, a 12 MP wide-angle camera (f/1.8) with optical stabilization, and a 12 MP ultra-wide-angle camera (f/ 2.2) with a viewing angle of 120 degrees. A 30x zoom and support for shooting up to 8K at 24 fps are announced. But fast laser autofocus was left only to the older model.

The Exynos 990 processor is installed inside orSnapdragon 865+ (depending on region) paired with 8 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 128 or 256 GB of storage. There is no slot for memory cards. But there is NFC, water protection according to the IP68 standard, stereo speakers from AKG with Dolby Atmos support and a 4300 mAh battery with support for high-speed wired and wireless charging, as well as reverse wireless charging.
The dimensions of the smartphone are 161.6×75.2×8.3 mm, weight 194 g.

Galaxy Note 20 Ultra
The older model has a 6.9-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2Xdisplay with rounded edges, 3088×1440 resolution, HDR10+ support and 120 Hz refresh rate. The fingerprint scanner is the same (ultrasonic) as the front camera - a 10-megapixel camera located in a circular cutout.
