Samsung told what's new in One UI 3.0 and when to wait for the release

Samsung is already testing its proprietary One UI 3.0 shell based on Android 11, and now on the company’s website in Malaysia

A new page has appeared that presents the main innovations of One UI 3.0.

One of the innovations is a redesigned quick panel,which includes Android 11 media controls, allowing users to easily switch between different media playback sources and controls.

The number of categories on the dynamic lock screen has also been doubled - the selection has been increased to 10. Full-screen video calls will also be added.

The Good Lock utility will also learn new tricks.Wonderland lets you create wallpapers that move and react to your phone's movement, while Pentastic lets you customize S Pen Air commands, pointer, and related audio settings.

In addition, some of the features of the Galaxy Z Fold 2 will be available for the Galaxy Fold, Galaxy Tab S7 and S7+.

When?

The fine print below the images on the website promisesOne UI 3.0 launches in November. Samsung has not yet officially released the list of supported devices, regions and roadmap. But most likely (given the current beta testing schedule), the S20 family will be among the first.
