Samsung Galaxy A01: a new budget smartphone with 8 GB of RAM, 128 GB of ROM and a dual camera

Samsung last week introduced the first representatives of the 2020 Galaxy A line - A51 and A71.

And now, without too much noise, another brother of them appeared on the official website of the company - Samsung Galaxy A01.

Specifications

The smartphone received a 5.7-inch Infinity-V display with HD + resolution, a 13MP dual camera (F2.2) and 2MP (F2.4) and a 5-megapixel front camera (F2.0).

Inside is an unnamed eight-coreprocessor (Quad 1.95 GHz + Quad 1.45 GHz) in conjunction with 6/8 GB (!) of RAM and 128 GB of storage. For a smartphone with such modest characteristics and a rather large amount of memory.

The slot here is not hybrid: you can simultaneously install two SIM cards and a memory card. The battery capacity is 3000 mAh, the dimensions of the smartphone are 146.3 × 70.86 × 8.34 mm.

Price

Samsung has not yet announced the cost of the Galaxy A01, but it is unlikely that the smartphone will be expensive. Also unknown is the start date of sales.

There are three colors to choose from: black, blue and red.
