DxOMark representatives tested the camera of the Samsung Galaxy A71 smartphone, which debuted in December last year.

Let us remind you that the smartphone has a main camera with fourmodules: 64 MP sensor (f/1.8), 12 MP wide-angle camera, 5 MP macro lens and 5 MP depth sensor. Therefore, DxOMark experts chose Google Pixel 3A, Apple iPhone 11 and Redmi K20 Pro as its competitors.
The camera's pluses included accurate exposure, wide dynamic range, low noise, bright colors outdoors and good bokeh effect, as well as exposure and stabilization when shooting video.

The disadvantages include a lack of detail, slow autofocus and noticeable noise and artifacts in the video.
Verdict
As a result, the Samsung Galaxy A71 received 84 points: 89 for photos and 74 for video.

It ranks 66th in the overall DxOMark ranking. At the same level are the Galaxy A50, Redmi Note 8 Pro and Nokia 7.2, which are much cheaper.
