Samsung Galaxy M21 2021 Edition: a watt-monster smartphone with a 6000 mAh battery for $ 170

Samsung today launched a new smartphone in India, the Galaxy M21 2021 Edition. As you may have already guessed

By name, it is an updated version of last year's Galaxy M21.

What changed?

Unfortunately, there are not that many changes. All you get is a rear panel with a slightly different design and a main camera that now uses Samsung's 48-megapixel GM2 sensor. The smartphone also uses the proprietary One UI 3.1 Core shell based on Android 11 - a slightly simplified version of One UI 3.1.

The rest of the characteristics remain the same.Samsung Galaxy M21 2021 Edition is equipped with an Exynos 9611 processor, a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED display with FullHD+ resolution, a fingerprint scanner on the rear panel and a 20-megapixel front camera. In addition to the 48 MP sensor, the main camera also includes an 8 MP wide sensor and a 5 MP depth sensor.

Also, the new product has become another “monster of autonomy”, or more precisely, a “Wattmonster”, as they say at Samsung. The battery capacity is an impressive 6000 mAh, but charging is not the fastest - 15 W.
